The design goal was to create a beautiful open space, with silver, gold and blue tones, build several custom coffered ceilings and install unique lighting in every room.

We began with a two story high vaulted and coffered ceiling with ample natural light and custom pendent. Our open space design continued by removing the wall between the kitchen and family room, allowing us to create a great room … kitchen, family room, powder room and home bar, that worked seamlessly together .

In the kitchen we created a stunningly clean, yet welcoming and warm feel, anchored by the custom silver and gold range hood and textured, 3D back splash. With pleathered chairs, calming blue cabinets and a quartz countertop with soft blue tones and gold pendents … mission accomplished.

The Family Room is a natural extension of the kitchen.  With a framed art TV and gas fireplace it’s the perfect room to snuggle and watch your favorite movie. Defining elegance, the powder room showcases mosaic tile features and gold fixtures.  The home bar with textural silver leaf tiles and powder room with mosaic tiles completes this four room suite and is the perfect hub for the family and entertaining.

The dining room with oversized entry to the living room, showcases a reflective table top, geometric wall coverings and window treatments, a deep rectangular coffered ceiling and dazzling pendant. The custom millwork speaks for itself. This living room is all about details, the intricate lines in the coffered ceiling, chair rails and creative floor moldings are eye catching. Here, we built a custom coffered circle ceiling to frame the beautiful, circular gold chandelier.

With a coffered ceiling and stunning gold pendant, the master bedroom shares the design esthetics with the other rooms in the house. To warm it up we accented the silver plated nightstand draws with orange lamps and a touch of orange in the bed linens.The master bathroom is extension of a home’s master bedroom and provides a place of solitude, relaxation and an escape form the outside world. Here we used a geometric marble lattice tile design, a walk in shower with stream and rain head, and luxurious a soak tub and controllable dimmer lighting … perfect for a candle lit bath.
