Meet Kerith

Kerith Flynn

Kerith Flynn is the founder and visionary behind Margali & Flynn Designs, with decades of experience and a degree in interior design and interior architecture from the Academy of Art. Her passion for design deepened while studying art history and design in Florence, Italy, where she developed a lifelong appreciation for timeless beauty and craftsmanship.

After co-founding the firm and leading it for over a decade, Kerith took sole ownership, expanding beyond traditional interior design into ground-up luxury home building and full-scale renovations. She has personally taken homes from concept to completion, as well as purchased and transformed multiple homes in need of restoration into stunning, high-value properties. This experience gives her a unique understanding of the importance of protecting a client’s investment.

Kerith knows that taking on a home project can feel overwhelming. With empathy, expertise, and a hands-on approach, she and her team bring clarity and confidence to every step of the process. The result? Beautiful, functional homes that reflect each client’s vision and stand the test of time.

Our Team

Steve Flynn

Steve handles a variety of key responsibilities at Margali & Flynn Designs. A jack of all trades, he is a key player in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Delaney Flynn

Delaney’s journey into interior design started while working with her mother, Kerith, every summer during college. She graduated from Penn State and then received her certificate in interior design from the New York Institute of Art and Design. As Assistant Designer, she plays a key role in bringing design concepts to life by selecting materials, creating presentations, and managing various aspects of project coordination.

Pamela Can

Pamela is a Senior Design Consultant with a unique blend of fashion, and interior design experience. She holds degrees from FIT in Fashion Merchandising and Interior Design from NYIT. She transitioned into interiors, working with top designers in NYC and Long Island. Now at Margali & Flynn, Pamela leverages her diverse background to create designs that are both functional and visually appealing.

Kim Russo

Kim holds a BA in Home Furnishings and Textile Design from Pratt Institute. She has been with Margali and Flynn Designs for over 10 years. Kim's primary responsibilities include purchasing, budgeting, and overseeing installations. Kim's experience and diplomatic nature plays a crucial role in managing vendor relations and expediting the delivery of all design goods and materials for all client orders.

Sue Condron

Sue was introduced to Kerith as a talented painter and color specialist. She later began assisting Kerith with office tasks, organizing and managing the material library and overseeing inventory. Her dedication and positive attitude make her an invaluable member of the team.

Briana Pereira

Briana is a graduate of the New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. Briana is also proficient in AutoCAD and Photoshop among other interior design applications used for spatial planning and creating detailed construction drawings. Briana works with Kerith to produce plans and elevations that communicate design concepts, ensuring alignment between clients’ visions and contractors’ execution.
