We recently completed a stunning redesign of the Estates II Clubhouse, transforming the space from outdated to vibrant and inviting. Our goal was to create a modern and functional environment for the community, with a focus on comfort and style.
Key updates include the addition of new furnishings, wallpaper, and accessories, carefully selected to reflect a fresh, contemporary aesthetic. Understanding the community's love for card games, we incorporated spacious game tables to ensure everyone has a comfortable spot to gather and play.
To brighten the atmosphere, we painted all the wood paneling a crisp white, creating a more open and airy feel. In the entryway, we curated a beautiful combination of new carpeting, artwork, wallpaper, and lighting to make a welcoming first impression that sets the tone for the entire space.
This redesign has brought new life to the Estates II Clubhouse, making it the perfect place for socializing, relaxing, and enjoying the company of neighbors.
