Summer Home Interior and Exterior Design Project

 
One of our existing clients asked us to remodel and upgrade their Lido Beach weekend get-a-way. While small on square footage, we were asked to go big on comfort, function and guest space. The client asked us to create both interior and exterior designs with ample seating, sleeping and eating spaces to accommodate their family and friends of all ages that frequently spent time there. 
 
We began by working with the client’s builder to help design and select molding, flooring and lighting. Because of this open air sea side environment we knew that our l designs needed beautiful and durable products … and of course went with a beachy motif. 
 
We brought in light blues, greens and sand tone neutral colors on soft fabrics for the Roman Shades and window treatments. We upgraded the entire kitchen with custom designed cabinets, and selected stunning quartz counter tops and contemporary lighting – all to work with the living room and the outdoor spaces surrounding the house. All the outdoor spaces have eating and sitting areas and of course beautiful poolside lounging furnishings. 
 
In the Master Bathroom we created a “very cool”, only by Margali and Flynn feature shower wall, with water fall mosaic tile reminiscent of the ocean’s flowing water.
