Love your builder ?  We do too!  This is truly an interior and exterior design project.  The home owner of this 1 acre plus parcel in  Oyster Bay asked Kerith to work with a builder that they had in mind for this luxury home project.  The team at Margali and Flynn was only too happy to help!

With in-house AutoCad services the M&F team got right to work and began generating floor plans and design suggestions.  Kerith worked with the builder and home owner to select all the exterior details including windows, roofing, siding, trim, shingles, shutters and more.  At the same time her design staff sought to bring her vision to fruition presenting Kerith and the client with a host of interior design options, elements and furnishings. The coffered ceilings, stunning lighting, unique carpets, drapes and wall coverings all landed in place to create the perfect ambiance just in time for these newly weds to welcome into the home their new baby.

Once again Kerith and her team “brought it all home” on time, in budget, with impeccable style – inside and out!
