Coordinate and Advise on New Construction & Home Remodeling

Frequently we are hired by homeowners to advise, to help plan and coordinate new home construction and home renovation projects. We are happy to work as your liaison and advise and coordinate with you and your architect, builder and trade professionals from start to finish.  If needed we can provide you with vetted trade pros that we have worked with in the past.  Our vast experience with home building and remodeling and have been put to the test by designing and building several of our own Margali and Flynn Signature and Spec Homes.

We have the experience to review architectural plans, make suggestions and create interior floor plans and exterior spaces that we know will work. We are aware of construction trends and materials and can assist you and your team with space planning and decisions on interior and exterior building trends and materials. From exterior siding to interior window shades … to lighting, back splashes, counter tops, doors, patios and more we can help you decipher, select, purchase and coordinate.  Our clients stress less and enjoy more as their vision unfolds. As construction completes, we can seamlessly proceed to furnishing and providing interior design solutions.
