We provide homeowners with curated furniture, lighting, fabric, wallpaper, artwork, carpet, window coverings, flooring, painting and millwork ideas and solutions We have in-house AutoCad for design and space planning, a wide array of vendors to secure those one-of-a-kind products, dedicated budget and purchasing staff, in-house product delivery and, of course, design professionals, project coordinators and a pool of vetted contractors.

New Home Construction and Remodeling

A natural extension of our interior design service is collaborating with builders and architects and other home renovation trades. Frequently we are hired by homeowners to advise, help plan and oversee new home construction and home renovation projects. We have vast experience with home building and can work with your architect and builder or we can manage the project for you from the ground up, using trade professionals that we have worked with in the past. In essence, we become your dedicated liaison to the trades and can manage the project from start to finish. We have put our home remodeling and building skills to the test many times by building several Margali and Flynn Signature and Spec Homes.

We have the experience to review architectural plans, make suggestions and create interior floor plans and exterior spaces that we know will work. We are aware of construction trends and materials and have the experience to manage large projects and coordinate with any architect, contractor or builder. Our clients stress less and enjoy more as their vision unfolds. As construction completes, we can seamlessly proceed to furnishing and providing interior design solutions.
