At Margali + Flynn Designs, we collaborated closely with the builder to design and create this beautiful home from the ground up. We focused on creating an open floor plan that allows for seamless transitions between spaces, enhancing flow and functionality.
Every room in this home is illuminated with exquisite lighting, showcasing custom finishes, bespoke furniture, luxurious rugs, and tailored cabinetry. These design elements come together to create a truly stunning living environment.
Upon entering, you’re greeted by gorgeous wood herringbone floors that guide you into the expansive great room. The walls are adorned with elegant grasscloth wallpaper, while a large sectional creates a cozy, inviting atmosphere.
The chef-inspired kitchen features two islands, both painted in a rich, sophisticated blue that’s perfect for entertaining and cooking. The vent hood serves as a stunning focal point, complemented by brass accents that beautifully match the elegant pendant lighting above.
The dining room includes a built-in bar with ample storage, offering an ideal space for entertaining guests and family. Additionally, the game room features its own bar, creating the perfect space for entertaining friends and hosting fun gatherings.
