Luxury Interior Design & Renovation
When this couple in Manhasset transitioned into "Empty Nester" status, they decided to downsize without leaving their beloved community. They chose a townhouse and enlisted our expert luxury interior design services to reimagine their new space. Our team was tasked with developing a new floor plan, managing the renovation, and delivering high-end furnishings to enhance their lifestyle.
Open Concept Living: Kitchen, Dining, & Living Room Renovation
We began the project by gutting the townhouse to create a spacious great room, seamlessly combining the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The living room features stunning architectural details, including custom coffered ceilings and a cozy electric fireplace. In the dining area, we designed and installed built-in storage cabinetry to optimize space and functionality. We also expanded the entryway and remodeled the adjacent sun-filled den and powder room to reflect the home’s new modern design.
Modern Kitchen Suite & Functional Spaces
The heart of the home, the kitchen, was transformed with luxury finishes such as marble countertops, a sleek marble backsplash, and satin brass accents. New lighting fixtures were installed throughout the townhouse, including a custom space-saving banquette in the kitchen.
Upstairs Design for Convenience & Comfort
Upstairs, lifestyle convenience was the focus. We designed a versatile office/guest bedroom combination that is both functional and stylish, along with a laundry room featuring a soft, relaxing color palette. The primary bedroom suite was reimagined to offer a peaceful retreat with comfortable furnishings, including relaxing chairs and a luxurious vanity. The newly designed primary bathroom includes a modern walk-in shower and a under-mount tub with a Carrera Bella marble tub deck, creating a serene spa-like experience.
Basement Redesign for Family Fun & Entertainment
The basement renovation was centered around family, fun, and entertainment. This space now accommodates overnight guests with an additional bedroom and bathroom, while also providing a personal gym, a card table for games and snacks, and a cozy entertainment area with a flatscreen TV and ample seating. Adjacent to this area is a mini kitchen, perfect for gatherings. The entire basement is finished with durable laminated vinyl flooring that combines style and practicality.
