We had the pleasure of transforming this charming Tudor-style home into the ultimate dream living space for our client. With limited square footage, our team focused on optimizing every room to ensure functionality and style.
The family room design features a spacious sectional and ample seating, perfect for family gatherings and entertaining guests. To maximize storage and create a seamless flow, we incorporated a stunning bar area along the wall leading into the kitchen, designed in a rich dark plum color with elegant brass accents that add a touch of luxury.
A striking shiplap wall and a dual-sided fireplace offer both warmth and visual depth, visible from both the family room and the kitchen. We also pushed the boundaries of creativity when designing the kitchen, ultimately opting for a unique layout with two offset islands. One island serves as a functional cooking space, while the other offers additional seating, perfect for socializing or casual dining.
Additionally, we transformed the client’s garage into a serene yoga studio oasis, providing a peaceful retreat within the home.
