Luxury Interior & Exterior Design for Waterfront Apartments
This exceptional interior and exterior design project, completed in the spring of 2024, showcases the epitome of luxury apartment living. Our design focus began with the outdoor terrace, creating an ideal space for relaxing and entertaining in style throughout three seasons. The stunning views of the Long Island Sound evoke a sense of serenity and peace, perfectly complementing the space.
Inside, we maintained the open-concept design, seamlessly connecting the living room, dining room, kitchen, and home office to enhance the expansive feel of the space while taking full advantage of the breathtaking water views. The master bedroom, two guest bedrooms, powder room, and guest bathroom were all thoughtfully remodeled to reflect a coastal design theme, bringing the natural beauty of the water right into the home.
The design includes ample seating in the great room for comfortable living and entertaining, alongside a stunning dining room perfect for hosting guests.
A standout feature in the home is the feature wall with ribbed wood panels, painted in white to add depth and texture to the space. The guest bedrooms also boast playful, carefully curated wallpapers that add a touch of personality and charm.
Throughout the condominium, the strategic placement of fine art enhances the sophisticated atmosphere, making each room a unique experience.
