MF_Design_Tip: A great way to fit a table into a tight space is by using benches instead of, or with chairs. Benches require less space and they don’t need to push back and forth like chairs do.
MF_Design_Tip: Don’t be afraid to mix in a few transitional elements into an otherwise traditional decor.
MF_Design_Tip: In homes with large windows and great views, I always try to enhance the relationship between the interior design and the natural environment.
MF_Design:_Tip: Sometimes adding a little bit of square footage can yield BIG Results! For this client we added a Mud Room with new egress to the side of the home. This allowed us to repurpose rooms, change the traffic flow and create the open space design that the client was seeking. #MF_Design:_Tip

M&F_DESIGN_TIP: I started with a custom designed mantle to give this room a focal point and added layered colorful artwork, neutral and textual furniture and rug, and hints of gold and mercury glass for that added sparkle.

MF_Design_Tip: Don’t be afraid of selecting a bold wall covering … you can keep up the drama ? with an equally bold choice of lighting. Use mirrored artwork to add that touch of glitz?.
